tiramisu delight

Love this tiramisu!

Ingridients:
4 egg yolks
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
3.5 oz. powdered sugar
1 lb mascarpone cheese ( I use BelGioioso )
1 lb ladyfingers
cocoa to sprinkle 

coffee punch:
coffee
sugar
milk
whiskey

In a large bowl beat egg yolks and powdered sugar with electric mixer until thick. Add mascarpone and vanilla sugar and beat until smooth.
To make the coffee punch, brew 3 cups of coffee, add a little sugar and milk per your taste and combine with a little whiskey (I usually give two to three shots of it) in a small bowl. Dip each ladyfinger into the coffee punch (be careful not to over soaked it ) and place each soaked ladyfinger on the bottom of baking dish. Spread evenly the mascarpone mix and add another layer of soaked ladyfingers and mascarpone mix. Sprinkle a thin layer of cocoa.
